Setup Steps

1. Access your Vendor Portal

Accept the invitation email from your marketplace and set your password, then bookmark your Vendor Portal login page. This is where you manage products, track sales, and get paid.

2. Complete your profileOptional

Fill in your profile with your name, logo or banner image, and description so customers and your marketplace know who you are.

3. Add a payout method

Add a payout method in the Vendor Portal, such as PayPal or bank details depending on what your marketplace supports, so you can receive your funds.

4. Create your first product

Add a product directly in the Vendor Portal with photos, pricing, variants, and inventory. Depending on your marketplace's settings, products may go through an approval step before they are published.

5. Bulk upload productsOptional

Have a large catalog? Upload multiple products at once with a spreadsheet instead of creating them one by one.

6. Print product barcodesOptional

If your marketplace sells in a physical store, generate and print barcode labels for your products so they scan straight into the register.

7. Connect your own Shopify storeOptional

Run your own Shopify store? Connect it to the Vendor Portal so your products and inventory sync automatically and you never manage stock in two places.

8. Publish products to the marketplace sales channelOptional

Once your Shopify store is connected, publish your products to the marketplace's sales channel so they can be synced and sold on the marketplace.

9. Review your reports and exports

Track your real-time sales, commissions, and payouts from the Vendor Portal dashboard, and export your data whenever you need it.
