1. Install PuppetVendors

2. Set up your white-label domain and brandingOptional

Serve the vendor portal from your own domain and add your logo, favicon, and brand colors so vendors always see your brand.

3. Add vendors: create, import via CSV, or let them apply

Create vendors yourself, bulk import them from a CSV file, or embed the vendor sign-up form on your storefront and approve requests as they come in. Reach out to support if you need assistance with your import.

4. Set up vendor commissions

Start with a global default split, then add rules by vendor, product, SKU, or sales channel, plus deductions and tax settings where needed.

5. Set up vendor product uploads and approval

Choose which product form fields vendors fill in, create product templates, and turn on the approval workflow so vendor products stay pending until you review and publish them.

6. Activate and set up payoutsOptional

Connect Stripe or PayPal if you want to pay your vendors directly through PuppetVendors. You can also log external payments such as bank transfers.

7. Invite your vendor users

Create logins or bulk send invitations so vendors can track real-time sales, update inventory, fulfill orders with tracking, and print shipping labels. Vendors who ship their own orders can also use vendor shipping rates and label integrations like Shippo and ShipStation.
